• Mileage - This is paid to a donor for local travel to attend appointments during the egg donation cycle. This is to cover gas and wear & tear of donor's vehicle. The cost for reimbursement is .45 cents/mile.
• Parking fees and Bridge Tolls-Donor must provide agency with receipts to be reimbursed for this expense.)
• Public Transportation Fees-Taxis, shuttle, train, or bus fare-may apply if donor does not have a car.
• Childcare- (not to exceed $100.) If donor must pay for someone to care for her children on the day of her retrieval procedure and the day following her retrieval to allow her recovery time she may be reimbursed this expense if she provides agency with receipts.
  

We do require that our donors submit receipts for airport parking, bridge tolls, clinic parking & childcare.

Out of State travel fees:
*Any of these fees might be required for an out of state donation or a donation that will take place more than 60 miles from the donors home.

Screening Trip:

• Airfare or train fare for donor- This cost will vary depending upon where the cycle takes place in reference to where the donor is located. We do our very best to keep these costs at a minimum. Average: $200-1000
• Hotel room for donor-Average$60-150 a night
• Rental Car-car and 1 tank of gas and insurance for transportation. Average-$40-75 a day
• Public Transportation- Taxis, shuttle, and train fees- may apply if donor does not rent a car.
  Average: $20-50 a day
• Airport Parking-fees vary depending upon airport. Average: $6-25 a day
• Food Allowance for donor-$50 a day
• Bridge tolls and clinic parking fees.
• Childcare- (not to exceed $100.) If donor must pay for someone to care for her children while she travels for her screening trip, she may be reimbursed this expense if she provides agency with receipts.

We do require that our donors submit receipts for airport parking, bridge tolls, clinic parking & childcare.

Retrieval Trip:
*This trip has some additional costs because the donor must travel with a companion on this trip.

• Airfare or train fare for donor & a companion- This cost will vary depending upon where the cycle takes place in reference to where the donor is located. We do our very best to keep these costs at a minimum. Average: $400.- $1800.
• Hotel room for donor & companion to share-Average$60-150 a night
• Rental Car- car and 1 tank of gas and insurance for transportation. Average-$40-75 a day
• Public Transportation-Taxis, shuttle, and train fees- may apply if donor does not rent a car.
  Average: $20-50 a day
• Airport Parking-fees vary depending upon airport. Average: $6-25 a day
• Food Allowance for donor & companion- $75. per day.
• Bridge tolls and clinic parking fees.
• Childcare- (not to exceed $350.) If donor must pay for someone to care for her children while traveling for her retrieval then she may be reimbursed this expense if she provides agency with receipts.

**Additional costs may arise due to additional travel appointments required by your clinic,  flight cancellations, change in the date of the retrieval, or complications with the donor during travel. Intended parents will be responsible for additional costs that are related to the cycle. We will do our best to find the best deals on airfare and hotel. We realize these costs can be expensive and will always strive to keep them reasonable.
