Our Team

Over 20 years of experience in the infertility industry. Jamie is equipped with a background in business management, a Master’s of Science in Business degree, and collaborated to start Happy Beginnings in 2005. She personally ensures all parties are provided exceptional care and professional guidance through our third party reproduction arrangements.

She values this responsibility and the opportunity it has afforded her to match hundreds of infertile families with caring young women, to assist them in building their families through egg donation and gestational surrogacy.

Outside of work Jamie enjoys traveling the world, reading, volunteer work, deep sea fishing, and spending time with her grandbabies.

Allie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and  International Business. She has a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies. Allie is certified in accounting and trauma-informed care. She is a licensed foster parent and works closely with multiple child advocacy programs.

Outside of work Allie loves spending time with family, traveling to new places, working out and playing sand volleyball on a beautiful day.

Brooke attended college at Southwestern Illinois University. She is a Certified Doula. Brooke also holds certifications in  Therapeutic Parenting Course as well as the Trauma Informed Parenting Program. She is the mother of 3.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, going to new restaurants, family beach vacations, and movie nights at home. She is also a HUGE dog lover!

Kasey has an Associate's Degree in Business and has taken several courses through ASRM. Kasey is licensed as a CNA with all required certifications and is currently taking courses through The National Adoption. She is the mother of two sons.

Outside of work Kasey enjoys spending time with her boys, fishing, boating and crafting.

Kelli has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has also taken several classes through The National Adoption. She is a certified CNA and CPR/AED Certified. She is mother of two daughters and one son.

Outside of work Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, spending time outdoors mudding in the jeep, and riding her Harley.

Jazmine has an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management with two minors in Health Informatics & Long Term Care Administration. She is the mother of one daughter.

​Outside of work Jazmine enjoys traveling to the beach, going on walks with her daughter, and spending time with family.

Sharmila has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and has a Bachelor's in Business Human Resource Management. Sharmila has a Office Assistant Certificate and a Quickbooks Certification. She is the mother of one son and one daughter. Sharmila is also a Hindi and Gujarati Translator.

Outside of work, Simmy enjoys reading, learning and explore new things, having a cup of coffee on a swing, listening to music, spending time with friends/family, engaging in conversations, and participating in social activities. 

Britney has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University. With her vast knowledge in benefit plans she is a point of contact for clients. Britney is the mother of one daughter and one son.

Outside of work Britney enjoys watching her children play sports, spending time with family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.

Rachel has a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Kentucky, one daughter and another on the way.

Outside of work Rachel enjoy spending time with her husband and daughter, kayaking, beach days, and working out.

Khloe currently attends Rend Lake College, she will be finishing her Associates degree in May of 2025. She currently holds two certificates in Business Management. She is also a certified birthing doula. Khloe is an Illinois Public Notary.

Outside of work Khloe enjoys going to the gym, making homemade bread and butter, and crocheting blankets

Rachel is married with 2 stepchildren. She was born and raised in Illinois. She loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, and spending time with family.  Infertility has become a very personal journey for Rachel because she has never been able to have children of her own. She was an egg donor when she was younger but after many years of trying to conceive it never happened.

Rachel is pursuing a business degree; she is a certified birthing doula and has many certifications in the infertility field. Rachel is responsible for the day-to-day office tasks. Rachel continues to learn as much as she can in the fertility industry. She loves children and is passionate about helping others become families.
